Kahala franchisees and partners operate a portfolio of many quick-service restaurant brands including Cold Stone Creamery, Blimpie, TacoTime and Baja Fresh, among others, in over 20 countries around the world.

As a POS Help Desk - Support Analyst you would be part of the team that is responsible for supporting the hardware and software needs of the operational teams at Kahala Management LLC. You will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills that allow you communicate well with all types of individuals. As a part of the Kahala team, it is imperative to have a positive demeanor and represent the team well in a supportive role. A successful candidate will have experience troubleshooting hardware, software and end user technical issues and be able to use problem-solving skills to suggest and implement solutions that help the teams do their jobs better.
POS SYSTEMS ANALYST KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides professional and courteous phone support that will ensure the highest level of franchisee service and satisfaction.
- Accurately logs records of all support call issues including problem descriptions, resolution, troubleshooting methods and conversations with franchisees.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots software, hardware and procedural problems.
- Verifies daily sales reporting.
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of the Focus POS software, including front of house, back of house and communication network.
