What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and following emergency response protocols as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain a secure environment for all individuals on the premises.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the hotel, resort areas, and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Collaborate with hotel and / or resort staff and other Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and support overall operations.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and interactions in accordance with company and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
