Conduct speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments

Develop and implement individualized care plans

Provide therapy and caregiver education in clinic, home, or community settings

Requirements

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology (ASHA-accredited)

Valid California SLP license and BLS certification

Minimum 1 year experience with elderly or frail populations
