Job descriptionBachelor's Degree Proven track record with real estate acquisitions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and work effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for research.
As the Real Estate Acquisition Manager your primary responsibility is to source property for a New England based real estate developer. In addition, you will assist in helping evaluate financial feasibility, assist in negotiating P&S Agreements and assist in securing permits. Your goal is to acquire properties that align with the company's development vision and maximize value.
Responsibilities :
- Property Identification 90%
- Source and identify potential property through various online platforms, brokers and owners
- Originate Off Market Targets
- Conduct introductory site visits and communicate with team of initial findings
- Market Relationships : 10%
- Develope and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry.
- Develope extensive contact list
- Develope in house data base of properties
