The Program Manager, Project Engineering, will lead and coordinate complex engineering projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams, guide technical decisions, and maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. Accountabilities :

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in coordination with project managers and other resources to achieve project objectives.
• Develop engineering scope and resource plans for proposals, including timelines, estimates, and work allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalations, and risks.
• Coordinate project activities through engineering leads, supervisors, and managers, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts and provide guidance on complex technical problems across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.
