Position – Machine Maintenance Tech

Job Location – Butler, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 2nd and 3rd shift schedules available. MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT FOR SEVERAL MONTHS

Starting Pay – $24 to $25 to start, depending on experience

Required Education – High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented machine maintenance tech! In this hands on role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and smooth operations by setting up and configuring machinery for production runs. This includes operating all machines in the department, setting up work orders to specifications, troubleshooting, and performing daily maintenance and minor repairs on machines.

What You'll Do :

• Troubleshoot, maintain and operate various machines
• Examine work orders to determine specifications.
• Inspect product quality according to quality guidelines.
• Check orders throughout production to ensure accuracy of labeling, printing, and packaging.
• Perform hands on daily machine maintenance, changeovers, and set up of machines.
• Execute minor machine repairs.
• Troubleshoot minor operating difficulties, including analyzing machine operations, inspecting products, and making necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions.
