Position Overview : The firm is seeking liability defense attorneys with a minimum of 1 year of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling cases from inception to resolution including preparing pleadings motion practice conducting depositions and trial work. Experience in reviewing claims files communicating effectively with claims professionals and clients and a strong work ethic are essential.
