Job Description : Managing Texas Foreclosure Attorney

We are seeking an experienced Texas Foreclosure Attorney to lead and expand the firms Texas practice. This role will oversee a high-volume foreclosure and litigation portfolio, manage the Texas legal team, and serve as the firms primary representative with clients, courts, and industry partners.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of Texas foreclosure, strong litigation experience, and the ability to balance strategic oversight with active case handling.

Key Responsibilities

Practice & Case Management

• Oversee 250400 active Texas foreclosure and litigation files from start to resolution.
• Manage all judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes and ensure compliance with timelines, notices, and filings.
• Handle litigation matters such as TROs, contested actions, and related proceedings.
• Provide strategic guidance on escalations, complex cases, and risk mitigation.
