🕒 Schedule at a Glance

🗓️ Start Date : Aa soon as credentialed

🧭 FTEs Needed : 3.0 (4×10 hr shifts / week)

🕕 Day Shift : 6 : 30 a – 5 : 00 p

📞 Call : Home backup call only

Weekend : Fri 7 p – Mon 6 a (split 12 or 24 hr shifts)

Weeknight : Yes

Response Time : 30 min callback

👥 Two onsite providers during call hours

Care Model : Medically directed – strong CRNA / MD collaboration 🤝

Work across a wide range of specialties :

🫀 Cardiac (orientation provided) 🔬 Cath Lab 🩸 Vascular

🤰 OB 🫁 Thoracic 🧍‍♀️ General / Bariatric / Urology / GYN / Robotic

📈 Average 20–30 cases per day

🩺 Requirements

✅ Active Minnesota RN / CRNA license (required at presentation)

✅ IMLC accepted

✅ Board Certified CRNA

✅ BLS | ACLS | PALS (AHA approved)

✅ Minimum Commitment : 1.0 FTE (4×10 hr weeks)

CRNAs handle all in-house codes – PALS required for rare pediatric situations.
