Job descriptionLead develop and manage a team of electricians and apprentices to ensure high performance safety and exceptional customer satisfaction. Provide ongoing coaching mentoring and technical support to maintain top-tier service standards. Foster a culture of accountability growth and excellence across the department. Oversee daily operations of the electrical department Collaborate with dispatch sales and other departments to streamline operations and ensure seamless coordination across all services. Monitor and manage departmental KPIs including job completion rate average ticket size and customer satisfaction. Provide hands-on support to technicians with complex troubleshooting problem-solving and customer escalations. Ensure technical excellence and high-quality service delivery on every job. Ensure all team members strictly adhere to electrical codes safety protocols and licensing requirements. Foster strong relationships with homeowners ensuring clear communication timely resolution of concerns and a consistently excellent customer experience.
