RN Med Surg – Nights | 14 Weeks | Salida, CO | 3x12s

We're seeking a skilled RN Med Surg for a 14-week night shift contract. This role offers consistent 3x12s (6p–6a) with 36 guaranteed hours.

Shift : Nights, 6P–6A

Holiday Requirements : New Year’s Day (night), Valentine’s Day (night), and last two weeks of March

Contract Length : 14 weeks

Guaranteed Hours : 36 hrs / week

Required Experience : 2 years

Subspecialty : Med Surg Adult

Qualifications

Active Colorado RN license (must be current)

ADN required , BSN preferred

BLS required

ACLS & PALS preferred

Job Responsibilities

Provide acute care and swing bed patient care using evidence-based practice

Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluate patient health status

Deliver patient teaching and health counseling

Provide restorative and supportive therapy / treatment directly or collaboratively

Execute delegated medical functions and monitor therapy plans

Document all assessments, interventions, and care coordination accurately and timely

Collaborate with providers and ancillary departments to meet patient needs across medical, social, and spiritual domains
