Job descriptionCoordinate user research plans and methodologies to optimize data collection Provide creative direction for interaction and visual design across multiple platforms Develop prototypes, mockups, and wireframes to enhance user experience Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance accountability and growth Define and implement processes, policies, and standards for user experience across projects 15+ years of experience in user experience design or a related field Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant discipline Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and interaction design Strong analytical skills to apply UX methodologies effectively Excellent communication skills for presenting and defending design work Experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects Familiarity with the latest trends in UX and UI design Advanced skills in prototyping tools and methodologies Ability to evangelize UX principles across various departments Experience in budget management and resource allocation for projects
