Job descriptionA Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited architecture program 10-15+ years of experience in a professional architecture environment, preferably with 10+ years on mixed-use projects, experience in high-rise building projects is preferred Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, additional proficiency in Rhino, Sketchup, Enscape, AutoCAD, or other 3D modeling and rendering programs is desirable Knowledgeable of industry materials and systems, project design and detailing, and the preparation of construction documents and specifications Experienced in all phases and aspects of conventional architecture, including mixed-use developments Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a collaborative, professional manner Ability to solve problems with attention to detail and a desire to learn Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Ability to provide feedback to team members through verbal conversations, annual performance reviews, and direct project feedback and redlines CONFIDENTIALITY & PROFESSIONALISM : We assist with the entire process so that looking into a new opportunity is discreet and confidential – we highly value your current position and will never do anything that would bring your future into jeopardy EXPERTISE : In the industry since 2003 - we are your advocate, and WE GET IT – we know making a career decision is difficult, and we’re here for you throughout the whole process

This business-critical leadership role focuses on strategic growth, project excellence, and team development. If you have deep expertise in high-rise, large-scale mixed-use projects and want to drive vision and impact, this role—based in Atlanta—offers the platform and ownership structure to support that ambition.
