What will you be doing

As a Client Insights Senior Manager in Circanas Wellness & Homecare Vertical you will be part of the team responsible for helping support Reynolds Consumer Products client relationship. You will be responsible for working collaboratively as a trusted advisor with client stakeholders to uncover meaningful insights to impact and improve Reynolds business. Specifically we will be working with clients within the Category Management Shopper Insights and Sales Teams. You will collaborate with the client and internal teams to maximize and apply insights gleaned from Circana data including but not limited to point of sale data (POS) retailer level purchase dynamics household purchase behavior advanced analytics internal and external business reviews and other custom analytic projects. You will be preparing your clients for customer / retailer meetings by providing high level category reviews.

• Approach client with coherent actionable and fact-based data / recommendations appropriate to their business needs
• Help identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate level analytic solution / approach while also best leveraging UNIFY platform and tools
• Consultative Selling : Apply knowledge of the business industry and domain to help identify create and close business opportunities :
• Ask questions to test assumptions and challenges the status quo
• Synthesize information on a variety of issues; translate the information into a project framework that ultimately provides solutions for clients
• Planning and Organizing : Track and organize multiple work streams and manage time and resources against changing priorities. Drive to achieve high-quality results through effective data integrity.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employees position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $100K-$115K

This job is also eligible for Bonus pay.
