About the Team :

the Quality Engineering Technician will oversee the daily activity of supplier quality assurance and be a liaison role across all EVBox departments, developing pro-active quality involvement in hardware and software deviations maintained in the Quality system; including reliability testing for the organization's products and / or development processes.

About the role :

• Audits supplier processes and systems to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery;
• Identifies support needed to implement appropriate quality standards and parameters for products with involvement of supplier product management;
• Communicates Quality topics to internal QA teams, product development team, and other appropriate staff and providing accurate feedback to the suppliers accordingly;
• Coordinates process audits in alignment with the Global QA assessment manager;
• Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems, particularly recurring problems in multiple products; recommending and facilitating solutions to the issues accordingly
• Secures supplies and parts for the assembly line, reviewing engineering and manufacturing specifications, monitoring materials for any defects, and resolving quality issues;
• Performs other Quality duties as assigned.
