Skills and Requirements : Bachelor's Degree in relevant field OR Comparable years of experience. 4+ years of leadership experience in Plant or Operations Management. Demonstrated success leading a team. Experience in the oil and gas equipment industry. Experience with Continuous Improvement Methods, and Lean principles.
