Associate Attorney

• Responsibilities :
• Represent clients in personal injury cases including but not limited to automobile accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injuries.
• You will ultimately manage your own personal injury docket from intake to trial. Duties include but are not limited to the following :
• Sign up new personal injury clients.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
• Prepare pleadings and written discovery.
• Prepare and conduct depositions.
• Attend court hearings and mediations.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Qualifications
• Must be licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to manage a big caseload.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish fluency preferred, not required.

Pay : $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
