ILR Health is excited to bring you a Permanent, Pulmonologist / Critical Care position near Savannah, GA.

Hospital employed setting joining one other Pulmonologist / Critical Care physician. (East Georgia Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine)

New grads will be considered.

Competitive financial package being offered (salary based on MGMA guidelines), incentive based on WRVUs, vacation, CME, medical insurance, malpractice insurance, life / disability insurance, retirement benefits, relocation expenses, commencement / sign-on bonus, potential for fellowship stipend, potential for medical education debt assistance.

Setting would be a mix of hospital and office practice.

Good mix of Pulmonology / Critical Care.

Candidates will need to be comfortable with both.  Sleep Studies training / experience is optional, but preferred.

Opening a ICU step-down (7 beds) when an additional Pulmonologist / Critical Care specialist can join the staff.

4 bed sleep unit, contracted with SleepMed, Dr. Cichelli is the medical director, only sees outpatients.

Nocturnists available.

Telemedicine through Emory available.

Growing college town with great schools and diversified industries / payers. Close drive to the coast of GA. Typical southern community with friendly neighborhoods and deep roots. Statesboro and Bulloch County operate a world class public sports facility with a long list of athletic offerings for children through adults including year round swimming and seasonal water park. Travel distance to Augusta, GA is easy for shopping, dining or recreation. Tybee Island, GA and Hilton Head, SC are easy day trips.
