Chief Risk Officer - EVP (Banking)

The Chief Risk Officer (CRO), reporting to the President / CEO, leads the Bank's independent Enterprise Risk Management Program (ERM). The CRO is part of the Executive Leadership, independent of front-line leadership, and accountable to the CEO and the Board. Understanding of key risks affecting financial success of a community bank. Leadership experience in developing front-line leaders and managing change. Knowledge of OCC or similar regulator supervision and examination. Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Legal, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
