You will have direct exposure to the Controller and Owner of the company, and they will turn to you each day to help solve problems and efficiently run the business.

• Own all daily bookkeeping including : post transactions, prepare journal entries, and generate financial statements with accuracy and consistency.
• Keep accounts payable running smoothly : process invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Support accounts receivable, perform daily sales reconciliations, and help maintain healthy cash flow.
• Identify ways to improve bookkeeping processes and reporting to make the business run more efficiently.
