Job Overview :

The is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst (BSA) with a strong healthcare background to support large enterprise projects in an agile environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders , define technical and functional requirements, analyze issues, and drive end-to-end business solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather, analyze, and document functional & non-functional requirements.
• Create EPICs, user stories, and mapping documents .
• Work with developers to relay technical requirements and review solutions.
• Perform root cause analysis for reported issues and document findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth business process changes .
• Utilize JIRA and other tools for tracking and requirement management.
• Analyze UAT & production issues and provide solutions.
