Job Summary :

Under the direction of the Operations Team Leader and / or general supervision, is responsible for safety, quality, and production by ensuring operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. This position is considered a "subject matter expert" and will support the team through process improvement, coaching, mentoring, and training.

This position involves being able to troubleshoot, repair and maintain a variety of mechanical production and facilities equipment ensuring maximum capacity and efficiency of plant operations and compliance with all safety requirements.

Salary Range : $30.55 - $31.43

Work Environment :

This position works in a manufacturing environment and around machinery that produces noise. The noise level in the work environment is very loud. Employees must wear hearing protection and all other assigned personal protective equipment. Temperature can range from extreme cold (

95 degrees). The atmosphere contains fumes, dust, and odors.
