⭐ NOW HIRING : Equipment Mechanic – Full Time ⭐

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Pay : $22–$25 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role :

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Equipment Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will perform mechanical duties and routine maintenance on Herc Rentals trucks and equipment , ensuring all machinery operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong diagnostic abilities, a solid understanding of mechanical systems, and a commitment to quality work.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform preventative and routine maintenance on trucks and rental equipment

Diagnose and repair issues involving engines, electrical systems, hydraulics, and fuel systems

Complete oil changes and lubrication of equipment

Replace tires, repair hoses, and install new batteries

Maintain accurate service records and ensure equipment is safe and ready for use

Troubleshoot equipment concerns in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications :

Previous experience as a mechanic or equipment technician preferred

Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus but not required

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment
