Gastroenterologist Opportunity – Acton, Massachusetts

Gastro Health  is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible  Gastroenterologist  to join our busy outpatient GI practice in Acton, MA. This is a  replacement opening  in a well-established, physician-led group with a strong referral base, modern facilities, and a collaborative care environment.

Youll join a team of  9 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers , with a well-balanced mix of clinic and procedure time, light call coverage, and a clear path to partnership.

Opportunity Highlights

Outpatient-focused GI position with 2-3 clinic days and 2-3 endoscopy days per week

1 : 1 MA support with shared care coordinators

Call : 1 week every 8 weeks at Emerson Hospital

Volume : Approx. 24 clinic visits and 14-16 procedures per day

Office Hours : 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM | Endo : 7 : 30 AM-2 : 30 PM

EMR : EPIC (office & hospital), Provation (procedures)

Onsite Services : Fibroscan, pill cam, breath test, infusion, pathology, ARM, ultrasound

Partnership and equity opportunity available

Compensation & Benefits

(Based on experience and productivity)

Base Salary :  $450,000 - $500,000 per year

Signing Bonus :  $50,000 - $75,000

Productivity Bonus :  Additional annual bonus awarded after breakeven point, based on wRVU production

CME Allowance :  Up to $5,000 per year for approved courses and expenses

Transition Bonus :  $150,000 upon promotion from Associate to Senior Physician (contingent on continued full-time employment)
