Job Title : Quality Inspector (1st Shift)

Location : Westborough

Shift : 1st Shift 8am-4 : 30pm (Monday - Friday) Some flexibility

Job Summary :

The Quality Inspector is a key contributing member of the Quality team, coordinating and executing daily inspection activities from incoming through final, including inspection of product labels to support ongoing manufacturing for development and production. This position requires strong technical skills to support hands-on technical assembly and testing of products in development and early-stage manufacturing.

Responsibilities :

• Provides inspection support for final, in-process, and incoming inspection of contract manufacturing materials.
• Must be able to perform inspection processes including visual and dimensional inspection, review of manufacturing and supplier documentation, and tensile testing.
• Inspect final documentation packages.
• Conduct incoming inspection of raw material.
• Perform in-process and final inspections as required, including product labeling inspection against specifications.
• Scan and retain production travelers.
• Work on continual improvement projects as assigned.
• Assist with new process development inspections.
• Manage the flow of finished goods into the stockroom.
• Participate in hands-on technical assembly and testing of products in development and manufacturing.

Required Qualifications :

Use of measurement vision systems such as Keyence, OGP, or similar.
