A company is looking for a Coordinator, Patient Relations. Key Responsibilities Resolve complaints and concerns by communicating with patients, family members, staff, and providers Investigate complaints, collaborating with staff and management to provide resolutions Input data into complaint management software and present cases to management as needed Required Qualifications Associates Degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred 3 years of healthcare experience preferred Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Knowledge of medical terminology preferred Strong data management and entry skills
