Job description

We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, have experience modifying and updating WordPress websites, and possess excellent phone communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Manage and update our WordPress website as needed (content updates, plugin management, minor design changes).
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office logistics.
  • Maintain office supplies and handle routine correspondence.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress – able to make updates and basic modifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional and courteous phone etiquette.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Previous office administration experience is a plus.
