Job Title
Lead, coach, and develop Fulfillment Associates and Team Leads to drive performance, efficiency, and customer service. Oversee staffing, workload, and order flow to ensure Pickup, Curbside, Install, Gig, and Delivery orders are completed on time and accurately. Monitor and achieve operational KPIs, including SIMS accuracy, shrink reduction, safety, and compliance. Resolve escalated customer issues and operational challenges quickly and effectively. Conduct daily safety walks, maintain hazard-free staging areas, and ensure equipment is operated safely and in compliance. Participate in picking, staging, and fulfilling activities as needed. Operate and maintain certification for powered equipment (Forklift, Order Picker, Narrow Aisle Reach Truck) and follow all safety requirements. Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) when assigned, providing store-wide leadership and ensuring service standards are met.
