Compensation : $55,000–$75,000 base + uncapped commission
Note : Candidates must be located within commuting distance of the Mesa office
ABOUT THE COMPANY
A fast-growing SaaS company in the live events and entertainment space is seeking an Account Manager to join their high-performing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in supporting enterprise and SMB customers to ensure they’re fully leveraging the platform to drive engagement and results. Reporting into the Revenue team, you’ll foster high levels of customer satisfaction, promote product adoption, and contribute to renewal and expansion opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Revenue team on assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Proactively analyze customer engagement and usage to drive adoption and reduce ticket waste
- Deliver high-touch service through communication, reporting, and in-person engagement
- Develop your skill set to support future expansion and upsell opportunities
- Act as a trusted partner, delivering insights and guidance that help customers succeed
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree required2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar client-facing role (SaaS experience a plus)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including presenting to executivesExperience in sports, entertainment, or hospitality is a plusFamiliarity with tools like CRM systems and JIRAHighly organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter with a team-first attitude and high ethical standardsPERKS & BENEFITS
