Job Description
The Territory Manager's key responsibilities include developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's Custom Films product line. This position is a field sales position that requires interfacing with customer contacts at multiple levels in Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, Quality, and Marketing at both the distribution and end-user level.

- Develop new business and increase profitability within the region by driving organic growth
- Develop plan to execute strategy that provides sustainable organic growth while maintaining vital links to each respective Amcor Division
- Ensure that Amcor's total offerings, products, and services are represented in a unified manner to deliver the One Amcor approach
- Successfully identify solutions Amcor can provide to enable broad account relationships at the mid to high levels while spreading throughout the functional areas of each organization
- Ability to drive business on a regional / national basis where applicable, travel as needed
- Implementation and support of robust commercial processes (CRM) to provide transparency and enable effective communication
- Identify, collaborate, and develop key internal resources (Product Management and Commercialization) as required to achieve customer growth goals
- Align key Amcor resource personnel with their customer counterparts to develop deep customer relationships

Grow relationships with customers based upon trust and respect, enhancing the ability to have proactive & complex conversationsBuild collaborative relationships between Amcor and your account / s to include : leadership, marketing, R&D, with a view of enhancing sales initiatives and profitably while meeting customer needsBuild and leverage cross-functional relationships to support the share of wallet growth strategies as well as support the commercialization and onboarding process with other key areas (both internal and external)Network externally to become familiar with key influencers and collaborators within the industry with a specific focus on co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, industry associationsStakeholder Engagements
Coordinates Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service in support of validation trials and customer trialsManages accounts receivable as acceptable levels with assistance from the credit departmentWork with Strategic Marketing to identify actions to meet strategic unmet customer needsWith leader support, collaborate cross-functionally on the implementation of defined strategy (technology, product management, commercial) for the market and targeted segmentsReporting
Report and communicate current performance achievements in terms of sales and marketing contribution to the business unit for monthly management reportingDrive forecast accuracy for improved business resultsRecognizes competitive insights marketing strategies, pricing structures, or product performance and communicates intelligence to stakeholdersResponsible for the management of Account Planning, Pipeline management, profitability improvements, and churn management in CRM toolWhat We Value
