About the Role

A high-growth AI startup in the healthcare technology space is seeking a Solutions Engineer to act as a technical advisor and strategic partner to customers and prospects. This role blends technical depth with strong communication skills, helping clients design and scale AI-driven healthcare solutions.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to demonstrate real-world value, optimize solution design, and ensure successful implementations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers and prospects throughout the sales and implementation process.
• Lead complex product demonstrations that highlight real-world scalability and value.
• Partner with Sales to qualify prospects and support customers building AI-enabled healthcare workflows.
• Provide detailed feedback to Product, Engineering, and Research teams to guide product evolution.
• Develop and share educational materials, tools, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
