Position Highlights

Epic Training Requirement : Outpatient

Patient Volume & Care Model :

20-25 patients per day

Care model : 1-2 providers per team with MA support

Work Schedule & Coverage :

Flexible scheduling options : 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour days

Weekend coverage : 1-2 shifts per month

Moonlighting available for extra shifts

Experience Requirements :

Pediatric experience preferred

Job Summary

The Nurse Practitioner (NP) Primary Care is a licensed, certified healthcare provider. They provide direct patient care and have prescriptive authority. They are credentialed, privileged, and billed as an independent provider by Medicare and Medicaid. The Advanced Practice Provider offers medical care based on the supervising physician's scope of practice.

These providers typically provide care to patients in an internal medicine, family medicine, geriatric or pediatric clinic.

QUALIFICATIONS

Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Registered Nurse (RN)

Basic Life Support (BLS) : BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
