Job descriptionHandle all aspects of IP litigation, including court submissions, discovery, motions, expert opinions, and trial work. A graduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, computer systems engineering , or material sciences is strongly preferred. Industry experience in semiconductors, computers, networking , or software is a plus. Must be barred and in good standing in the state of practice. USPTO admission is preferred but not required. Strong analytical skills , writing ability , and an excellent academic record are critical.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their growing IP Litigation team.
