We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team fully onsite in Clinton, Maine. This is an onsite, long-term contract position with the possibility of transitioning to a regular role. In this role, you will handle critical data entry tasks, document scanning, and system updates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

• Accurately input vehicle-related data into the system, ensuring all information is complete and error-free.
• Scan and upload legal documents and records to appropriate platforms, including Salesforce cases.
• Maintain organization of digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.
• Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines by multitasking effectively between data entry and document scanning.
• Collaborate with team members to manage high volumes of tasks efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for sorting, filtering, and analyzing data in various formats.
