Job descriptionProvides ADLs and personal care including but not limited to bathing, back rubs, oral hygiene, hair care, assisting patients with dressing and undressing, skin care, assisting the patient with toileting activities. Observes records and reports the client's care, symptoms, emotional and physical status. Taking vital signs when ordered. Plans and prepares nutritious meals. Assists in feeding the client, as necessary. Assists in ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care. Performs range of motion and other simple procedures as an extensional therapy service as ordered. Assists patient in the self-administration of medication. Keeps patient's living area clean and orderly, changes bed linen and doing client's laundry, as appropriate. Provides housekeeping services and does errands. Meets safety needs of patients, uses equipment safely and properly. Updates and submits all documentation in an accurate and timely manner. Mileage reimbursement Medical (both PPO & HDHP w / HSA) National Church Residences pays, on average, 75-80% of all costs Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Insurance and Flexible Spending accounts Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays Reimbursement for Tuition expenses Wellbeing Programs including EAP, Tobacco Cessation, Weight-loss, and more Programs may vary depending on Full Time, Part Time or Contingent status

All shifts-flexible schedule (FT / PRN / PT)
Days 7a-5p
Weekends Shifts or Every other weekend
Evenings 5p-9p
Overnights 7a-7p or 10p-7a

Qualified candidates for this position offer :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance and qualified to drive under the organization's motor vehicle check.
