A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist I - V+ to provide expert-level support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team to resolve inbound client inquiries

Provide specialized care and maintain pre-determined OKRs

Develop action plans for clients experiencing service issues

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms

Results-driven attitude with a flexible approach

Experience managing a busy caseload with time management skills
