Job description

One of our partner facilities in California is looking to hire a full-time Physical Therapist .

Responsibilities :

  • Provide quality care for patients receiving physical therapy services, including examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention, and outcomes
  • Complete all required documentation (pre-certifications, physicians reports, daily notes, etc.).
  • Evaluate and treat patients of all age and supervise assistants and aides.
  • Provide excellent physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities with little oversight.
  • Maintain open and positive communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third party payors.

Required Skills & Abilities :

  • Team player with leadership abilities.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and clinical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills for documentation and reporting.

    • License / Certification :

  • Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited physical therapist program.
  • State licensure / registration as required.
  • Active CPR certification.
