A company is looking for an English & Japanese Customer Support Agent - Gaming.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve player inquiries through ticketing, email, or chat
Gather and deliver player feedback to developers while assisting internal teams with project-related requests
Maintain accurate reports and escalate issues as per established procedures
Required Qualifications
Mastery in C1-C2 level English and Japanese at JLPT N2 (B2) level or higher
Experience in the service industry or customer support
Familiarity with Helpshift / Zendesk or other CRM tools
Basic troubleshooting skills to assist players with technical challenges
Availability for full-time work, including weekends
