The Competitive Intelligence Analyst will conduct in?depth research and analysis of companies, sectors, practice areas, geographic markets, technologies, and competitors using a comprehensive variety of online research tools. The Competitive Intelligence Analyst will develop insightful and actionable intelligence to aid in strategic decision?making and drive business development, profitability, growth, prospective / client retention, and other business opportunities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze the competitive legal environment, as well as emerging trends in the legal industry, to provide proactive business insights.
• Provide quick reference and in?depth research on competitors, clients, prospects, markets, and industries to support firm?wide marketing and business development initiatives.
• Analyze and create reports using internal business intelligence data on clients, matters and industries served to uncover trends and identify opportunities.
• Synthesize relevant information needed for high?level and business development decision?making, and succinctly communicate research findings in a clear and concise manner, with an emphasis on written communication.
• Effectively manage expectations and explain research findings to various stakeholders within the firm, including the business development team and lawyers, including tailoring communication and delivery methods to suit the needs and understanding of different audiences, enabling them to best leverage market and client intelligence.
• Provide training and guidance to business development staff on resources and methodologies to support them in execution of their responsibilities.

Hiring Salary Range :

85,000.00 - 105,000.00
