Overview :

We are open to hearing from candidates who thrive in a team-first environment and are interested in joining our national private equity M&A practice. Successful candidates will have 3-7 years legal experience in M&A, with an emphasis on private equity transactions.

Our Ideal Candidates Will Have :

• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to be promptly admitted in Iowa
