Job description

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Project Manager for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with Enterprise Capital Management (ECM) Technology and Data Strategy Executive to assess, prioritize and facilitate execution of technology and data change
  • Serve as business lead for all data issues. Partner with ECM LOB SMEs, CFO Data Management and others to assess new issues, determine overall impact and prioritize for funding
  • Partner with business to schedule and facilitate routines to support overall delivery of data solutions
  • Create reporting for overall data issue status, and present in various forums
  • Assist with 2026 initiative planning exercises including project prioritization, funding, sequencing, etc
  • Various ad-hoc exercises related to Technology and Data projects

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of financial services including current regulatory environment and experience in Global Markets, Global Banking or Treasury organization
  • 5 years of experience in traditional multi-month project management (including tracking, presentation preparation, etc.)
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to summarize data for executive management to understand project status and risks and enable decision making
  • Writing skills, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Some understanding of Global Markets trading products is a benefit but not required
  • Required 3 days in the office
  • June Start Possible depending on offer date
  • Project Management Skills
  • Ability to work in matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint Skill
  • Knowledge of financial services including current regulatory environment and experience in Global Markets, Global Banking or Treasury organization
  • Relevant Experience : 5-10 years
