This role provides a unique opportunity to lead and shape threat intelligence initiatives in a high-impact cybersecurity environment. You will research, analyze, and report on emerging threats, working closely with security operations, product, and marketing teams. The position emphasizes creating actionable intelligence, producing reports for customers and the broader community, and contributing to public-facing content such as blogs and presentations. You will guide and mentor other analysts, define hunting missions, and collaborate on the roadmap for threat operations and product enhancements. This role is ideal for a proactive, creative professional passionate about defending organizations from adversaries while advancing security practices at scale.
Accountabilities :
- Conduct research on emerging adversary tactics and threat actor behavior to scope and execute threat hunting missions.
- Aggregate threat intelligence data and produce reports for customers, demonstrating security impact and insights.
- Develop marketing content, including blog posts and reports, to showcase threat trends and organizational expertise.
- Collaborate with Security Operations, Product, and other teams to inform roadmap planning and enhance threat detection capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching for security researchers and analysts.
- Ingest and analyze IOCs from external intelligence sources to improve organizational threat visibility.
- Represent the organization in public forums, media interactions, and presentations to elevate its reputation in the cybersecurity community.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in threat intelligence or related cybersecurity fields.Strong familiarity with SIEM tools and scalable log analysis.Experience with detection engineering, including creation of detection logic (e.g., Sigma Rules).Solid understanding of the end-to-end threat lifecycle, including malware analysis, incident response, digital forensics, vulnerabilities, and exploits.Proficiency with OSINT gathering, 3rd party threat intelligence feeds, and reputation services.Foundational development experience in languages such as C / C++, GoLang, or Python.Knowledge of Windows and / or macOS subsystems and interactions at both user and kernel levels.Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience leading teams or projects.Benefits
