Production Associate II Loader 3rd Shift

Base Pay Rate :   $17.00 per hour

1st Shift :   7am-3pm Monday - Friday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Production Associate is responsible for the fabrication and production of the component parts for the final assembly of patio doors. Successful candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced physically demanding and repetitive work environment which includes heavy lifting or working with your hands. This job description is reflective of tasks that will be performed in a variety of departments.

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce patio doors and glass unit installs
• May support the patio door operations in delivering wrapping loading and unloading of materials or doors
• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools saws welders or routers
• Understand and carry out verbal instructions
• Read and carry out simple written instructions
• Read work orders labels and schedules
• Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview) inspect examine and observe for product defects
• Make fraction and decimal conversions
• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Provide on-the-job training to new employees
