Seeking a DPT or Physical Therapist to cover at-home therapy services in North Miami Beach, FL to provide eval / treatment in an Home setting :

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other health care professions
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR
• All remedies are as allowed by state licensure boards and practice acts.

Qualifications :

Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral / Masters / Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy ,

Education and / or Experience : New graduate applicants welcome + Experienced Therapists

Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.

2+ year experience with Wound Care
