Key Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive Paid Search strategy for platforms like Google and Bing, along with emerging digital channels.

Strategically manage and optimize a substantial media budget embracing a nimble test-and-learn approach.

Discover growth opportunities through audience segmentation, automation, and exploration of new channels.

Advocate for Paid Search as a vital revenue driver across a diverse array of products, including packing materials and office supplies.

Inspire and mentor a team of search marketers to achieve outstanding results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of digital marketing expertise with a strong emphasis on Paid Search.

Proven experience in managing sizable budgets and achieving ROI on a large scale.

Strong leadership and team-building skills with an approachable, collaborative style.

Proficient in data analysis and familiar with search technology platforms like Skai, Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
