Job Description Summary

Meet Our Team : Your expertise in Workday Recruiting bridges the gap between talent acquisition strategy and technical implementation. You'll work closely with Recruiting, HR, and hiring managers to ensure our applicant tracking system delivers a best‑in‑class candidate experience while streamlining our hiring operations. You'll play a critical role in shaping our employer brand and competitive advantage by developing efficient, modern recruiting processes that attract top talent and empower hiring teams to make faster, more informed decisions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Performs SaaS and enterprise‑wide applications assignments using specialized enterprise systems knowledge and developed business expertise
• Leads enterprise‑wide applications projects and / or programs within PayPal with moderate scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions
• Analyzes, evaluates, and makes decisions within general parameters under broad supervision
• May act as an enterprise systems resource for entry level and developing colleagues
