Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cross-Trained Dental Assistant / Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing dental practice. The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player who is comfortable working both chairside and at the front desk. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication, and proficiency in Eaglesoft. Candidates should be knowledgeable in implant procedures, crown and bridge work, dental insurance, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities :

Clinical (Back Office) Duties :

• Assist the dentist during all phases of dental procedures, including implants, crown and bridge, fillings, and hygiene recall visits.
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take and process digital X-rays and intraoral images.
• Pour and trim models, take impressions, and assist with lab work as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes in Eaglesoft.
• Ensure infection control compliance and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
