Paralegal – Real Estate Law

East Side Suburb near Perinton, NY | Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

SEE HR & Recruiting is excited to support a Commercial Real Estate Law firm that is fast-growing and dedicated to providing excellent customer service and facilitating efficient, seamless closings. Since their founding in July 2022, they have focused on residential and commercial real estate transactions, as well as lending services, throughout Rochester, the Finger Lakes, and Wayne County. Their firm prides itself on its high-tech, flexible work environment and collaborative team culture.

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented paralegal with a strong background in real estate lending and residential / commercial transactions . The ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to manage a high-volume caseload of 40-50 files at a time , and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with an engaged and supportive attorney to ensure timely and accurate closings.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and draft real estate-related documents, correspondence, and closing packages.
Organize and manage real estate transaction files, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and deadlines are met.
Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing contracts, title commitments, and closing statements.
Assist with general administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining client files.
Balance multiple priorities while delivering exceptional client service.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate lending or purchase / sales transactions.

Strong knowledge of real estate closing procedures and related documentation .

Notary Public (preferred) .

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Illustrator (for modifying PDFs).

Strong typing skills (60 WPM or better).

Must be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Environment & Schedule :

Hybrid schedule – 3 days in-office, 2 days remote.

Monday – Friday | 8-hour shift .

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience).

Benefits : 401(k) with matching, paid federal holidays, PTO, and a flexible work schedule.
