BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Call Center Representative.

Location :  El Paso, TX

Duration : 6+ months

Work Schedule : First 5 weeks are on-site! Then it will move to a 4-day-a-week onsite, 1-day remote schedule.

Make sure they don’t have any scheduled vacations within the first 5 weeks of training (mid-August- mid-October)

Job Description :

As a Solutions Specialist, you will ensure platform configuration and readiness to support a client through their annual enrollment processes. This includes all project activities involved in coordinating client resources as necessary and ensuring that all necessary client-specific tasks are accomplished on time and as required. The Specialist is responsible for all “hands-on” configuration and related activities for both benefits administration and annual enrollment. You will serve as the primary point relationship owner for assigned Comprehensive Benefits clients, Benefits Administration and Annual Enrollment. You carry the weight of client service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.

The nature of what you do every day will not change – your #1 goal is to help clients coordinate and manage their benefits administration and Enrollment tasks. Still, every day will be different because the questions you receive will vary, as will the solutions you provide each client. There will be no shortage of new questions you'll receive, which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!
