Job descriptionMonday–Friday : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM Two weekend days per month 35 hours / week guaranteed – paid whether we fill all hours or not Personal care + hygiene Safe transfers + fall prevention Meal prep + medication reminders Light housekeeping + errands Memory care support + companionship Transportation to appointments and outings $20 / hr weekdays | $21 / hr weekends Guaranteed 35-hour weekly paycheck (for experienced CHHAs) Same-day pay via TapCheck PTO, sick time, paid holidays Health insurance (as low as $15 / paycheck) 401(k) with employer match Sign-on + referral bonuses Paid training + CHHA certification pathways Hybrid CHHA / office roles available
